This is a personal process. However, following a guide, someone who has accomplished what you want, is a good place to start. As you brainstorm, consider your micro-habits (the habits that are too small to fail, that this identity would practice to become that person). These could be mantras (things you say to yourself) or power poses (physical gestures) that you can hang on other habits to remind yourself of ‘Who’ you want to be.
