Terms of Service

Welcome to DojoDecision. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. The short version: be a good teammate, your content stays yours, and we’ll treat you fairly.

The service

DojoDecision is a habits, planning, and team-accountability app for athletes, coaches, and families. It’s currently free while in active development, and features may change, improve, or occasionally be removed as we build.

Your account

Keep your login private and give us accurate info. Accounts for young athletes should be set up with the knowledge and consent of a parent, guardian, or coach (see our Privacy Policy).

Your content

Everything you create — habits, logs, journal entries, notes, photos, messages — belongs to you. You give us permission only to store and display it as needed to run the app (for example, showing a shared habit to your team). We claim no other rights to it.

Team spaces

Coaches and team owners are responsible for who they invite and what they post to their team. What you share to a team is visible to that team. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.

Paid plans

Athletes and families never pay. Coaches and programs can choose a paid plan; prices are listed on the pricing page and charged in US dollars through Stripe, which handles your card details — we never see or store them.

Plans renew automatically at the end of each period (a season, a year, or a month) until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your team’s Plan page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

If you’re not happy with a new plan, email tim@dojodecision.com within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. Apart from that, we don’t refund partial periods. A founding price stays locked for as long as that plan stays active. If a price changes, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. Taxes may be added where the law requires them.

Mentoring, speaking and other coaching services are separate from the app and are billed separately, on the terms agreed when you book them.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app: no harassment or bullying, no impersonation, no attempting to access other people’s private data, and nothing illegal. We may suspend or remove accounts that put other users at risk.

No warranty

DojoDecision is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it fast, reliable, and safe, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we’re not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Leaving

You can stop using DojoDecision anytime, and you can ask us to delete your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may discontinue the service or these terms may change; if a change is significant we’ll note it in the app.
