When a team in your tree upgrades to Pro, you earn 20% of their revenue for their first 2 seasons — then 5% for as long as they stay. Single level, no pyramids: teams you brought in, nothing else.
Earnings apply to your own team first — most active partners run their program on the Dojo for free. Everything past that pays out in cash.
